Questions

Do I need an NVIDIA GPU?
No. Remastra Video works on Intel and AMD integrated graphics — the kind built into every modern laptop and desktop. An NVIDIA GPU is not required. If you have one, the app will use it automatically for faster processing.
How long does enhancement take?
Processing speed depends on your hardware and output resolution. On a typical Intel 12th-gen laptop, expect about 1 frame per second for 240p→1440p. A 10-second clip takes roughly 2-3 minutes; a photo usually takes seconds to a minute. Before a long video starts, the app measures your PC and shows an estimate for the whole job.
Does my video get uploaded anywhere?
Absolutely not. Remastra Video runs 100% offline on your computer. It does not connect to the internet at all. No data is sent, collected, or shared. Your video files never leave your machine.
What video and photo formats are supported?
Videos: MP4, MKV, AVI, MOV, WebM, FLV, WMV, TS, VOB, MPG/MPEG, MTS, M4V and 3GP. Audio is preserved, and the output is always H.264 MP4 for maximum compatibility. Photos: JPG, PNG, BMP, WEBP and TIFF, saved as high-quality PNG.
What’s the difference between trial and full version?
The trial enhances up to 4 video clips of 20 seconds each and 5 photos, and exports a side-by-side before/after of the centre of each — original on the left, enhanced on the right — with a TRIAL watermark, so you can judge the difference on your own footage. The full version ($19 until 15 December 2026, normally $39$39, one-time) gives unlimited enhancements of videos and photos at full, uncropped frame — no watermark and no length limit.
Can I get a refund?
